§1 - postanowienia ogólne

1. Użytkownicy chcący wziąć udział w konkursie, proszeni o wysłanie PM do mnie, ze stosowną informacją..
2. Termin zgłaszania < 04.07.2006.
3. Termin nadsyłania prac < 07.07.2006.
4. Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do wprowadzania poprawek w regulaminie.
5. Pulpity należy wysyłać na adres email: troperek@orange.pl

§2 - wymagania

1. Każdy pulpit musi być zbudowany na alternatywnej powłoce windows - BBlean.
2. Maksymalna ilość screenów: 3 / uczestnika.
3. Mile widziane wersje Clean, Dirty.
4. Na pracy nie możne znajdować się nasz pseudonim (anonimowo).
5. Do każdego pulpitu należy dodać, banner (max 450x180)
6. Maksymalny rozmiar screenu to 500kB.
7. Pulpit musi być naszego autorstwa..
8. W mailu z pulpitem, należy wymienić użyte programy, skiny i kto jest ich autorem.

§3 - głosowanie

1. Pulpity zaprezentowane zostaną anonimowo.
2. 8 lipca br. zostanie utworzony topic z wszystkimi wysłanymi pulpitami, wraz z ankietą.
3. Każdemu przysługuje 1 głos.
4. Każdy jest zobowiązany do napisania w temacie, na kogo głosował i podać krótki powód takiej decyzji.

§4 - nagrody

1. Zwycięzca ma prawo wyboru tematu nastęnego konkursu.
2. Jeśli w ciągu 7 dni od ogłoszenia wyników, nie otrzymam tematu konkursu, zostanie on wymyślony przez administrację.
3. Zwycięski pulpit zostanie zaprezentowany na głównej, oraz bb@pmd.
4. Topic z pulpitami zwycięzcy (w dziale Pokaż Pulpit), zostanie przyklejony, aż do rozpoczęcia kolejnego konkursu.
5. Pulpit zostanie wysłany na nasze zgrupowanie na deviantart, oraz otrzyma featured deviation na okres 2 tygodni na bbpower@da.

3. Works sending dead-line < 07.07.2006.
4. We reserve rights to do some corrections in regulations.

§3 - voting

1. Desktops will be presented anonymous.
2. On 8 July 2006 there will be created a topic with all sended desktops, and with a poll, too.
3. Everyone has only 1 vote.
4. Everyone is obliged to write: for who he/she voted, and a short reason of that vote.

§4 - awards

1. Winner has rights to choose topic of next contest.
2. There are just 7 days to send topic to me. If I don't receive any PM, the administration will choose it.
3. Winning desktop will be presented on our mainpage, and bb@pmd.
4. Topic with desktops of a winner (in Show your desktop part) will be sticked as long as next contest will begin.
5. We will send the desktop to our community on deviantart, and it will receive "featured deviation" for 2 weeks on bbpower@da.</sub>
